You must have Spectrum Voice™ and a Spectrum receiver to use Caller ID on TV. If this is the case and the feature is not working, find out how to check your settings to ensure that Caller ID on TV is active and that your connections are secure.
Spectrum Voice™ is fully compatible with most caller ID equipment. If you have trouble with your Caller ID, it is possible that the equipment you are using is outdated. Refer to your Caller ID phone or display unit equipment manufacturer for further support information.
