In most cases, the geographical area to which you are moving determines whether you can keep your number. A Customer Care representative can tell you whether you can keep your current number.
If you are signing up for Bright House Networks Home Phone, you are given a new number unless you ask to keep your old number. If you already have Home Phone and want to change your number, call the Customer Care team for assistance.
