You can choose the information you want to see to identify messages in your Web Mail Inbox, Sent Mail, Deleted Items, Junk Mail and Draft folders. The options are: message type, priority, sensitivity, size, date and the number of messages you want to display on each page.
Filtering options allow you to give your filters names; direct emails to particular folders; filter the To, From, CC, Recipient and Subject fields in the email header and whether all of the filter terms must match or any of the terms could trigger a filter; specify terms for which to filter; or whether you want to filter for low or high priority emails.
You can decide whether to let junk mail be accepted in your Web Mail Inbox, whether junk mail in your Inbox is labeled as Spam in the message field, whether the messages are sent directly to the Junk Mail folder, or whether you want junk mail deleted automatically.
If you want images blocked automatically in your Web Mail, you do not have to do anything. That is the default setting. If you want to view the images, take these steps.
