How do I make payments using the My BHN app?

You can use the MyBHN app to:

Setting up recurring payments on the My BHN app using a credit card

  1. Log in to My BHN using your My Services login. The app opens to the Dashboard screen.
  2. Select Save Time. The Automatic Bill Payment screen opens.
  3. Select the Enable Automatic Payments Off/On switch to enable the feature.
  4. Select Credit/Debit Card.
  5. Choose an existing Payment Method, or select Add New to enter a new card. If you add a new card:
    • Enter the name on the card.
    • Enter the card number and expiration date, or use the camera icon Camera Icon to scan your card information.
      • When entering the expiration date, enter two digits for the month and two digits for the year, for example, 1121.

    • Select Save Card.
  6. Read the Automatic Recurring Payments Terms and Conditions, and select Yes, I Agree.
    • Once the recurring payment setup has been completed, the last four digits of the account or card used are displayed along with the payment type, and the Auto Payment option on the Billing screen has the word Enable displayed next to it.

Setting up recurring payments on the My BHN app using your bank account (EFT)

  1. Log in to My BHN using your My Services login. The app opens to the Dashboard screen.
  2. Select Save Time. The Automatic Bill Payment screen opens.
  3. Select the Enable Automatic Payments Off/On switch to enable the feature.
  4. Select Checking/Savings.
    • Checking is selected by default. If you want to pay with a Savings account, select Checking, and then select Savings from the drop-down list.
  5. Choose an existing Payment Method or select Add New to enter a new account. If you add a new account:
    • Complete the form with the information requested.
    • Select Save Account.
  6. Read the Automatic Recurring Payments Terms and Conditions, and select Yes, I Agree.
    • Once the recurring payment setup has been completed, the last four digits of the account or card used are displayed along with the payment type, and on the Billing screen, Enabled is displayed for Auto Payment option.

To make a one-time payment using the My BHN app

  1. Open the My BHN app.
  2. Sign in to My Services on the My BHN app.
  3. On the Dashboard or Billing screen, select Make Payment. The One-Time Payment screen opens.
  4. Select Credit/Debit Card or Checking/Savings. The Amount field displays the payment due, but you can enter a different amount.
  5. Select one of your Recent Payment Methods or select Add New to enter a new card or account.
    • If you add a new Checking/Savings account, Checking is selected by default. If you want to pay with a savings account, tap Checking, and select Savings from the drop-down list. Then enter the information requested to complete the form.
    • If you add a new Credit/Debit Card, provide the card number and expiration date by entering it or by using the camera icon Camera Icon to scan your card information. When entering the expiration date, enter two digits for the month and two digits for the year, for example, 1121.

  6. On the Confirm Payment screen, verify the amount and method of payment, and then select Pay Now.
