  • If you do not receive your voicemail messages as text messages after setting up this option, ensure that your voice mailbox is not full. You can delete old voicemail messages via your handset or online.

More About Voicemail Delivery Options

  • You can deliver voicemail to up to five mobile phone numbers and up to eight email addresses.
  • You can change your settings at any time:
    • To leave a phone number in the system but turn off text message delivery to that number, clear the Include Transcription check box for that phone number.
    • To disable voicemail options at any time, select Off. Your existing settings are stored for future use.
  • Most messages are delivered within one minute of the caller leaving a voicemail, but delivery of messages is dependent on your mobile phone carrier and email provider.
  • Deleting a message delivered by text message or email doesn't delete the message from your voicemail. Conversely, if you delete a voicemail, any text message or email remains until you delete it.
