How do I find or change my WiFi password and network name?

With a My Services account, you can verify your WiFi password and network name (SSID).

From the My Spectrum app:

  1. Open the My Spectrum app, and sign in to My Services if necessary.
  2. On the Dashboard screen, select WiFi Settings. Your network name and password are displayed.
  3. To change your settings, select Update.

From My Services:

  1. Sign in to your My Services account.
  2. Under Account & Billing, click Manage Equipment.
  3. For your modem, click Manage.
  4. Click the Display WiFi Network Settings link. Your current wireless network's name and password are displayed.
    • If you want to change your password or network name, in the Actions section, select Go for Update Your WiFi Network Settings.
