How can I view my scheduled appointments online?

You can view scheduled appointments using your My Services account:

To view your scheduled appointment online:

  1. Sign in to your My Services account.
  2. Under Account & Billing, click View Appointments. The View Scheduled Appointments page opens. If you have a scheduled appointment, it is displayed here.

To view your scheduled appointment using the My Spectrum app:

Open the My Spectrum app, and sign in to My Services if necessary. Any scheduled appointments are displayed on the Dashboard.
