How do I update my online bill payment information?

You can use the online bill payment interface to change your payment method.

If your credit card has expired, that card will not be displayed in the payment method drop-down list. You will need to add the card again with the new expiration date as though it is a completely new payment method.

Instructions vary depending on whether you are:

To change your payment method for a one-time payment:

  1. Click the My Services tab.
  2. Enter your My Services Username.
  3. Enter your My Services Password.
  4. Select Sign In.
  5. In the Account Overview section, select Make a Payment.
  6. Under Select a Payment Amount, select Amount due, Total balance, or Other amount. If you select Other amount, enter the amount you want to pay.
  7. Under Select a Payment Method, From the drop-down list, select Add new payment method.
  8. Enter your card or bank account information.
  9. Select Next.
  10. Under Confirm Payment, review and select Submit.

To change your Auto Pay payment method online:

  1. At the top of the page, click Pay Bill. The My Services Sign In page opens.
  2. Enter your My Services Username.
  3. Enter your My Services Password.
  4. Select Sign In.
  5. In the Account Overview section, turn off Auto Pay. A pop-up opens.
  6. Select Disable, and then select Close.
  7. Restart Auto Pay.
  8. Select another payment method from the drop-down list, and click Next, or select Add new payment method.
    • If you select Add new payment method, you will be prompted to add account information for the method you select.
  9. Read the terms and conditions, select the I have read and accept the Auto Pay Terms & Conditions check box, and select Agree.
  10. Select Close.

You can also change your Auto Pay payment method using the My Spectrum app.

To change your Auto Pay payment method using the My Spectrum app:

  1. Open the My Spectrum app, and sign in to My Services if necessary.
  2. Select Billing, and then select Manage Auto Pay.
  3. Select the Auto Pay button to disable the feature.
  4. Select Cancel Auto Pay. If Auto Pay is not marked disabled, close and reopen the app and select Enroll in Auto Pay.
  5. Select the Auto Pay button. Existing payment methods are listed.
  6. Select an existing payment method, or select Use a Different Payment Method.
  7. If you opt for a new payment method, Credit/Debit Card is selected by default. If you wish to make EFT payments, select Checking/Savings.
  8. Enter the requested information, and follow the prompts.
