Caller ID is not displayed on my phone.

If Caller ID is not working, try these steps before calling:

  1. Make sure that your phone is working.
  2. If you have more than one phone, check to see whether Caller ID is working on any of them. If it is working on any of the other phones, the problem is with a particular phone.
  3. If Caller ID is not working on any of your phones, check the connections to your phone modem, or MTA. Unplug and reconnect the cables to the MTA and to the power outlet to ensure that they are secure.
  4. Unplug and reconnect the connections to your phone or the Caller ID display unit.

If Caller ID is still not working, please dial 611 from your home phone or click Contact Us for additional options.
