Why would a technician need access to my property or home if I have not scheduled a home visit?

Access to equipment on your property, such as poles or cables, might be needed to perform maintenance. The technician might also need access inside your home to resolve a service issue for one of your neighbors. These issue might include:

  • Interference with phone service.
  • Slow browsing on the computer.
  • Inability to order pay Pay Per View video content.

The technician arrives in a vehicle that displays the company's logo and can produce company identification.
