What is Forward Selected Calls?

To activate Forward Selected Calls:

  1. Sign in to My Services.
  2. Select Manage Phone Features.
  3. For Call Forwarding, select (edit).
  4. Select Forward Selected Calls.
  5. Select On.
  6. Enter a number to forward your callers to, or select a number you've used previously from the drop-down list.
  7. Enter a number you want to be forwarded, and select Add.
    • You can add a name to go with each forwarded number. You can remove a number from the list by selecting X.
  8. Select Save Your Changes.

To turn this feature off, select Off and save your changes.
