What is Turbo High Speed Internet?

Turbo High Speed Internet is a premium Internet service, offering the same features and benefits of High Speed Internet with faster download and upload speeds and expanded email service.

The following Turbo speeds apply if you signed up for High Speed Internet or upgraded your service on or after January 15, 2013:

  • Download speed up to 30 megabits (Mbps) per second.
  • Upload speed up to 2 Mbps.

The following Turbo speeds apply if you signed up for High Speed Internet service before January 15, 2013, and have not upgraded your plan:

  • Download speed up to 20 Mbps per second.
  • Upload speed up to 2 Mbps.

Turbo High Speed Internet includes:

  • 25 Road Runner Web Mail accounts.
  • Up to 5 GB of mailbox storage.

Minimum System Requirements for Turbo High Speed Internet

The following tables list the minimum and recommended system requirements for using Turbo High Speed Internet service with Windows- and Mac-based operating systems.

For Windows:
