To access Voicemail settings online using My Services:

1. On the main toolbar, click . The My Services page opens.
2. Sign in to your My Services account.
3. In the Phone section, click Manage Phone Features. The Phone Online Tools page opens to the Phone Feature Settings tab.
4. Click Voicemail Settings.

To change your Voicemail PIN online using My Services:

1. On the Phone Feature Settings tab, click Voicemail Settings.
2. In the Voicemail Pin Reset section, enter your New PIN.
3. In the Confirm New PIN text box, enter your new PIN again.
4. In the Features Overview section, click . A message is displayed, stating that your changes have been saved.
