Can I receive calls from a prison facility?
Spectrum Voice® does not support incoming collect calling directly, but you can set up an account with a third-party prepaid calling provider.
Prepaid Calling Options for Prison Facilities
Third-party prepaid calling providers offer online, self-managed prepaid account services so that anyone with a need to receive calls from prison inmates can establish such an account. Once a prepaid account is established, the inmates can call you from the prison pay phones.
Each prison works with certain third-party providers; contact the prison to find out which providers are acceptable. Following are websites for some providers:
Spectrum does not maintain relationships with these providers and is not involved in transactions between customers and third-party providers or prisons and does not earn any income from these calls. The third-party prepaid providers are completely independent of Spectrum.
