Can I use My Services to get a printed confirmation of my scheduled home visit?

To get a printed confirmation of your scheduled home visit using My Services:

  1. Sign in to your My Services account.
  2. Under Account & Billing, click View Appointments. The View Scheduled Appointments page opens. If you have a scheduled appointment, it is displayed here.
  3. Click Print Confirmation. The Print dialog box opens.
  4. Select the printer you want to use, and click Print.
