Why am I getting a Please Wait message?

This message is sometimes displayed when new data is loaded to your Spectrum Receiver or DVR. To remove this message, perform the following steps:
  1. Press . The following message is temporarily displayed: "Changing date. Please Wait."
  2. Press to view program descriptions, or press .

If the issue remains, reboot the Spectrum Receiver. If this does not resolve the problem, Contact Us for further assistance.
