Why am I getting a Please Wait message?

This message is sometimes displayed when new data is loaded to your Spectrum Receiver or DVR. To remove this message, perform the following steps:
  1. Press Guide Button. The following message is temporarily displayed: "Changing date. Please Wait."
  2. Press Info Button to view program descriptions, or press Exit Button.

If the issue remains, reboot the Spectrum Receiver. If this does not resolve the problem, Contact Us for further assistance.
