The picture on my TV is frozen. What should I do?

A frozen picture may be caused by a weak signal.

  1. Check that all of your connections between the wall, the Spectrum Receiver, and the TV are secure, particularly the coaxial connections.
  2. Replace the video cable you are using, if you have another available.
  3. Reboot your Spectrum Receiver to try to restore the picture.
