The picture on my TV is frozen. What should I do?
A frozen picture may be caused by a weak signal.
- Check that all of your connections between the wall, the Spectrum Receiver, and the TV are secure, particularly the coaxial connections.
- Replace the video cable you are using, if you have another available.
- Reboot your Spectrum Receiver to try to restore the picture.
