The Picture-In-Picture (PIP) function on my DVR is not working.

If you are having trouble accessing your DVR's Picture-In-Picture feature:

  1. Check that you are using PIP on your DVR and not a standard Spectrum Receiver. PIP through Spectrum is only available on DVRs.
  2. On your DVR remote, press . The remote is now controlling the DVR rather than your TV or other equipment.
  3. Press PIP On/Off Button.
  4. If the PIP screen is not displayed, test other buttons on the remote control, such as Info Button to ensure the batteries still have power. If none of the features on the remote control are working, change the batteries and try again.
  5. If the issue remains, try using a different DVR's remote control, if available. If PIP works with the new remote, the other remote needs to be replaced.

If PIP is not available on your Spectrum Receiver, you can also use your TV's PIP feature.
