Can I pay my bill over the phone?

Making a Payment by Phone

Use the phone number on the Contact Us page to make a payment by phone. The automated payment system is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

For an additional fee, an agent will assist you in making your payment. Call the same number from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Friday or from 8 a.m to 5 p.m. on Saturday.

Following are the acceptable payment methods for making a one-time payment by phone:

  • A check by phone, also known as electronic funds transfer (EFT).
  • Credit card.
  • Debit card.
  • Gift card with VISA or MasterCard logo.
    • Gift cards can be used only to make one-time payments. They cannot be used to set up recurring payments.
    • Some gift card issuers require you to activate the card before use or restrict how you can use it. Call the customer service telephone number on the back of your gift card to get the details.

What to Have Available When You Call

  • Your account number.
  • Your bank routing number and account number, if you want to make an electronic funds transfer from your bank checking or savings account.
  • Your debit or credit card, if you want to use it to make your payment. Most major credit cards are accepted.
  • Your gift card, if you want to use it to make a payment.

Agents can help you set up recurring payments over the phone. The only method of payment accepted over the phone for recurring payments is credit card. There is no additional fee for initiating recurring payments by phone.
