How do I pay my bill online?

To make a one-time payment online:

  1. Sign in to My Services.
  2. On the My Services page under Account & Billing, click Pay My Bill.
  3. Select Make a Payment.
  4. Under Select a Payment Amount, select Amount due, Total balance, or Other amount. If you select Other amount, enter the amount you want to pay.
  5. If you need to change the payment date, enter it in the Date to Pay text box.
  6. Select Next.
  7. Under Select a Payment Method, from the drop-down list, select an existing payment method, or select Add new payment method.
    • If you select Add new payment method, you will be asked to enter your card or bank account information.
  8. Select Next.
  9. Under Confirm Payment, review and select Submit.
