How do I pay my bill online?

To make a one-time payment online using your credit card:

  1. Sign in to My Services.
  2. On the My Services page under Account & Billing, click Pay My Bill. The Account Overview page opens.
  3. From the navigation menu, select Bill Pay. The Pay Bill page opens.
  4. Select One-Time Payment. The One-Time Bill Payment page opens.
  5. From the Select Payment Method drop-down list, select Credit Card.
  6. Next to Payment amount, select Statement Balance Due or Other Amount. If you select Other Amount, enter the amount in the text box.
  7. From the Credit Card drop-down list, select your credit card type.
  8. In the Name on Card text box, enter the user's name exactly as it appears on the credit card.
  9. Enter your Card Number.
  10. From the Expiration Date drop-down lists, select the month and year of your card's expiration.
  11. Click Continue. You are asked to confirm your payment.
    • If you wish to make any changes, click Edit.
  12. Click Submit. A confirmation message is displayed, and a confirmation email is sent to the address you provided.

To make a one-time payment online using your debit card or bank account:

  1. Sign in to My Services.
  2. On the My Services page under Account & Billing, click Pay My Bill. The Account Overview page opens.
  3. From the navigation menu, select Bill Pay. The Pay Bill page opens.
  4. Select One-Time Payment. The One-Time Bill Payment page opens.
  5. From the Select Payment Method drop-down list, select Electronic Funds Transfer.
  6. Next to Payment amount, select Statement Balance Due or Other Amount. If you select Other Amount, enter the amount in the text box.
  7. Select your payment Account Type: Checking or Savings.
  8. In the Name on Account text box, enter the account holder's name.
  9. Enter your bank Routing Number.
  10. Reenter Routing Number.
  11. Enter your bank Account Number.
  12. Reenter Account Number.
  13. Click Continue. You are asked to confirm your payment.
    • If you wish to make any changes, click Edit.
  14. Click Submit. A confirmation message is displayed, and a confirmation email is sent to the address you provided.

  10. From the Expiration Date drop-down lists, select the month and year of your card's expiration.
  11. Click Continue. You are asked to confirm your payment.
    • If you wish to make any changes, click Edit.
