I was trying to access On Demand programming, and the 106 error message was displayed. What do I do?
You can often resolve this error by rebooting your converter.
To reboot your converter:
- Unplug the power from the back of the converter.
- Leave it unplugged for 5 to 10 seconds and then plug it back in.
- Wait for the time on the front of the box to display, which can take about 5 minutes.
- Press on the converter or remote control to turn the converter on.
