I was trying to access On Demand programming, and the 101 error message was displayed. What do I do?
You can often resolve this error by rebooting your Spectrum Receiver.
To reboot your Spectrum Receiver:
- Unplug the power from the back of the Spectrum Receiver.
- Leave it unplugged for 5 to 10 seconds and then plug it back in.
- Wait for the time to be displayed on the front of the receiver, which can take up to 5 minutes.
- Press on the Spectrum Receiver or remote control to turn the receiver on.
