What do I do when there is no picture on a TV connected directly to a wall outlet?

  1. Check that all connections are tight and secure.
  2. Ensure that the TV is tuned to channel 3 or 4.
  3. If you have some channels but not others, use your TV's Auto Program feature to scan for all available channels. This can usually be accessed through the TV's menu.
