What do I do when there is no picture on a TV connected to a Spectrum Receiver?

  1. Check that all connections are tight and secure.
  2. Ensure the TV is tuned to the appropriate input for the type of connection you are using, such as an HDMI or composite. If you are connecting directly with coaxial cable, you may need to tune the TV to channel 3 or 4.
  3. If the issue remains, reboot the Spectrum Receiver by removing the power cord for 5 to 10 seconds and then plugging it back in. When the time display returns to the front of the receiver, turn it back on.
