How do I change my My Services username, password, or email address?

You can change your My Services username, password or associated email address from the website or using the My Spectrum app.

To change your username:

  1. Sign in to your My Services account.
  2. Click Account Management. The Account Management page opens.
  3. Click the Edit Button link next to the current Username.
  4. Enter the new username that you want then click Save.
  5. An alert box opens asking you to enter your My Services password to confirm the change.
  6. Enter your password and click Change Password Button.
  7. Your new username successfully changed and should be usable upon your next login.

To change your password:

  1. Sign in to your My Services account.
  2. Click Account Management. The Account Management page opens.
  3. Click Reset Password.
  4. In the Current Password text box, enter your current password.
  5. Enter the new password into the New Password and Confirm New Password text boxes.
    • As you type the new password the password requirements change color from red to black. The red text indicates that the requirement hasn't been satisfied, and black text indicates that it has been satisfied.
  6. Click Save Changes Button.

To change your email address:

  1. Sign in to your My Services account.
  2. Click Account Management. The Account Management page opens.
  3. Click the Edit Button link next to the current Email Address.
  4. Enter the email address that you want to use in the New Email Address box.
  5. Click Save Changes Button.
  6. Enter your password and click Change Password Button.
  7. Your new username successfully changed and should be usable upon your next login.

To change a sub account's username, password or email address:

For a My Services sub account:

  1. Sign in to your My Services account.
  2. Click Account Management. The Account Management page opens.
  3. Scroll down to the Manage Users section.
  4. Click Manage by the appropriate user.
  5. Follow the directions above, starting with step two, depending on whether you want to change the username, password, or email.
    • No password confirmations are required when making changes to a sub account.
