What is the My BHN app?

My BHN is a free app that provides access to your My Services account on iPhones, iPads, and Android phones and devices.


  • Appointments
    • View scheduled appointments.
    • Cancel and reschedule appointments.
  • Service Interruption Notifications
    • Automatic Alerts on the Dashboard when you're affected by a service interruption.
    • Opt in for service interruption resolution notifications. This option appears per service interruption.
  • Apps Available to You Based on Your Subscribed Services
    • Apps for customers: Game Finder, BHN WiFi Finder, and more.
    • TV Everywhere apps, such as HBO GO, FX Now, and WatchESPN.
  • Locations Map
    • View map of Spectrum Store locations in relation to device location.
    • Select a location for address, business hours, and directions using Google Maps.
  • Contact
    • On the Dashboard, view messages pushed to the app in real time.
    • On the Support screen, press a button to call Spectrum Support.
    • Moving? To let us know, go to the Support screen and complete the form.
  • Equipment and Services
    • Send refresh hits to equipment.
    • Rename equipment.
    • Troubleshoot equipment.
    • Reset your Parental Control PIN.
    • View and manage your  WiFi network name and passwords.
    • Connect to BHN Secure WiFi.
    • Find out how to program your cable remote control.
    • View and search the channel lineup for your area.
  • My Services Functionality
    • Register for a My Services account.
    • Manage your My Services profile, including changing the password or updating security questions and the email address associated with the account.
  • Payments
    • Set up recurring payments.
    • View messages about recurring payments.
    • Make a one-time payment.
    • View statements and billing notifications.
    • View recent account activity.
    • Sign up for paperless billing.

  • A My Services account. If you don't have a My Services account, you can sign up using the My BHN app.
  • An iPhone, iPad, or Android device that meets the minimum system requirements:
    • iPhone/iPad Requirements
      • iOS 8.0 or higher.
      • A US-based iTunes account to download the app.
      • At least 36 megabytes (MB) of available storage space on device.
      • My BHN is not available for jailbroken devices.
    • Android Requirements
      • Android devices higher than 4.1.
      • Access to the Google Play Store to download the app.
      • At least 17 MB of available storage on the device.
      • My BHN is not available for jailbroken devices.
