How does moving affect online bill payment?

When you move within the Spectrum service area, you can move your My Services account as well.

To retain your My Services account:

  1. After you have notified Spectrum that you are moving, sign in to your My Services account. A pop-up message displayed, asking whether you would like to transfer your profile information to a new account.
  2. Click Yes. A transfer form is displayed.
  3. Enter your new Account Number and Zip Code.
  4. Complete the form.
  5. Review the Transfer Verification page, and accept the terms by selecting the check box.
  6. Click Complete Transfer. You are returned to the My Services Sign In page, and a pop-up message confirms that the profile information was successfully transferred.
  7. Click OK. You can now sign in to My Services account using the same username and password.

If you choose not to transfer your information, you are returned to the My Services Log In page. If you want to access your new account via My Services, you must register again with your new account number.
