I received a message that I am low on recording space, but the List screen shows that I am not low on space. Which is correct?

You will be alerted if you schedule a recording that does not fit in the amount of recording space you currently have available.

If the recording list shows available space, ensure that the new recording is not larger than expected, such as a long HD program. For example, check the start and stop times of the new recording to ensure you are not recording more than you need.

If you think you have enough space available for the recording you want to schedule, there may be an internal error with the Spectrum Receiver. Contact Us for assistance with resolving this error.
