How do I make a one-time payment?

You can make a one-time payment:

Depending upon where you choose to pay, you have options of different methods to pay:

  • Cash.
  • Check.
  • Money order.
  • Electronic funds transfer.
  • Credit card.
  • Gift card with a VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or an American Express logo.
    • Some gift-card issuers require you to activate the card before using it or put restrictions on how you can use the card. To ensure that the issuer of your card permits you to use it to pay your bill, call the customer service telephone number provided on the back of the card and ask, or find out if it needs to be activated.

Did You Know?

  • Payments made through Auto Pay are credited to your account on the due date specified on your statement or the My Spectrum app, but it could take 2 to 3 days before the payment is reflected in your bank account or on your credit card account.
  • Allow 30 business days for Auto Pay to take effect. Continue to make regular payments in the meantime.
  • If you have more than one account, you must register for My Services for each of your account numbers to pay each of your bills online or using the My Spectrum app. In general, any time you have services at more than one physical address, you must have a separate account number for each address.
