How do I log in to the BHN Secure WiFi network?

Before you can begin using BHN Secure on your mobile device, you must install the secure profile.

To Connect to the BHN Secure Network From Your iPhone or iPad:

  1. Open your Settings Settings Icon, and then select WiFi.
  2. From the list of available networks, select BHN Secure.
  3. Enter your My Services account username and password, and then select Join.
  4. On the Certificate screen, select Accept.

To connect from your Android device:

  1. Select Settings, and ensure that WiFi is ON.
  2. Select BHN secure from the list of available networks. Ensure there is a lock symbol next to the network's WiFi symbol.
  3. From the login screen, specify the following, if necessary:
    • EAP method: PEAP
    • Phase 2 authentication: MS-CHAPv2
    • CA certificate: (unspecified)
    • User certificate: (unspecified)
    • Identity: My Services username
    • Anonymous Identity: (leave blank)
    • Password: My Services password
  4. Select Connect.

To Connect From Your Mac Laptop:

  1. From the WiFi menu WiFi Icon, select BHN Secure. Ensure that the lock icon is next to it.
  2. Enter your My Services account username and password, and then click Join.
  3. If the Verify Certificate alert is displayed, click Continue.
  4. If prompted to enter username and password, enter your Apple ID and password.

To Connect From Your Windows Laptop:

  1. On the task bar, click WiFi Icon.
  2. From the list of available networks select BHN Secure, and then click Connect.
  3. On the Network Authentication screen, enter your My Services username and password.
  4. On the Set Network Location screen, select Public Network.
