How can I tell whether batteries in my Home Security sensors need to be replaced?

If a battery is low, a message is displayed on your TouchScreen. Batteries must be replaced by a technician. Call 855-821-1313 to schedule an appointment if you see that you have a low battery. If a battery for a piece of equipment dies, the system no longer recognizes that equipment. To ensure that your home is secure, contact us whenever you see that you have a low battery.
