Can I forward calls to more than one number?

Simultaneous Ring enables you to send your incoming calls to up to five numbers at the same time so you never miss a call

  • With Caller ID, you can tell if the call is likely intended for another family member.
  • Only one person can answer the incoming call.
  • If no one answers the call, it goes to the voicemail of the first device you configured to receive messages.

To set up Simultaneous Ring:

  1. Sign in to My Services.
  2. Select Manage Phone Features.
  3. For Call Forwarding, select (edit).
  4. Select Simultaneous Ring.
  5. Select On.
  6. Enter a phone number you want to forward calls to, and select Add to Simultaneous Ring List.
    • You can also add a name for each phone number. If you want to remove a number from the list, select X.
  7. Select Save Changes.
