What should I do if I forgot my My Services username or password?

You can get back into My Services in no time, either from the My Services website or by using the My Spectrum app.

To retrieve your username or reset your password online:

  1. On the main toolbar on this website, click My Services Tab. The Sign In page opens.
  2. Click Forgot Username or Password?
  3. Select Get Username or Get Password.
  4. If you selected Get Username, you are prompted to enter the Email Address you used to register for My Services.
    • Select the I'm not a robot checkbox.
    • Click Send Email. An email is sent to you with the username used by your email address.
    • Click Sign In to return to the Sign In page.
  5. If you selected Get Password, you are prompted to enter your Username.
    • Click Continue. An email with a temporary password is sent to the email associated with that username.
    • Open the email, and copy the password provided in it.
    • Return to the My Services login page. Login by entering your username and the temporary password provided in the email. Click Sign In.
    • Type a new password in the Choose Password field. Re-enter it in the Re-enter Password field.
    • Create and answer two Security Questions.
    • Read the User Agreement and Terms and Conditions of Use, and then select I agree to Terms of Use.
    • Click Continue. Your password is reset.

To retrieve your username using the My Spectrum App:

  1. Open the My Spectrum app.
  2. On the My Spectrum sign-in screen, select Forgot Username.
  3. Enter the Email Address you used to register for your My Services account, and select Send Email. An email is sent to the email address linked to your My Services account. It contains your username.

To reset your password using the My Spectrum App:

  1. Open the My Spectrum app.
  2. On the My Spectrum sign-in screen, select Forgot Password.
  3. Enter your My Services Username, and select Continue. An email is sent to the email address associated with that username, providing you with a new password.
