TV

I have a double image on my TV. What should I do?

A double image, or ghosting, as it's sometimes called, usually occurs on cable channels that share a broadcast signal. Ghosting is the result of one channel's signal leaking into another.

If you experience a double image:

  1. Check the coaxial cable connected to the TV and make sure that the connection is secure.
  2. If the problem remains, Contact Us for further assistance.

A double image (side by side or top and bottom) can also occur if you are attempting to watch 3D programming without the proper equipment. For more information, see What equipment do I need to view 3D TV programming?
