Spectrum TV

I am receiving a distorted or tiled picture.

To resolve this issue:

  1. Check that all of your connections between the wall, the Spectrum Receiver, and the TV are secure, particularly the coaxial connections.
  2. Replace the video cable you are using, if you have another available.
  3. If this permanently resolves the issue, it could be a problem with the original video cable. Otherwise, Contact Us for additional assistance.
