How do I choose paperless billing?

To choose paperless billing online:

  1. Sign in to My Services.
  2. On the My Services page under Account & Billing, click Pay My Bill.
  3. In the Account Overview section, select Paperless Billing.
  4. Read the Paperless Terms and Conditions, and select the I have read and accept the Paperless Terms & Conditions check box.
  5. Click Agree. A confirmation message is displayed.
  6. Click Close.

To choose paperless billing using the My Spectrum app:

  1. Open the My Spectrum app, and sign in to your My Services account if necessary.
  2. Select Billing.
  3. Select Enroll in Paperless Billing. Terms and conditions are displayed.
  4. Select Agree.

Did You Know?

  • Once you've signed up for My Services, it takes approximately four to six weeks, depending upon your billing cycle, before you receive your first email notification that your monthly statement is available. The due date is on your statement and on the Dashboard and Billing screens on the My Spectrum app.
  • You can change your paperless statement option at any time, but if you already are on paperless billing and you switch to paper statements or both paper and paperless statements, additional charges will be applied each month.
