How do I set up My Services sub accounts?

You can create sub accounts for family members, friends, and roommates to access:

  • WiFi hotspots and Spectrum WiFi Plus: Access WiFi hotspots.
  • Online Bill Pay: View your statements and make payments. Designate whether the user can access this using My Services.
  • Manage Equipment and Appointments: View upcoming appointments, refresh equipment, and check service status using My Services.
  • My Spectrum app: View account information, make payments, manage WiFi settings, refresh equipment, and more. Designate whether the user can access this using My Services.

Managing Sub Accounts

To Manage the Main Account:

  1. Sign in to My Services.
  2. Click Account Management.
  3. Click Edit next to any of the user details that you would like to change: Name, User Name, Email Address, Security Questions, or Password.
  4. After making changes, click Save.

To Create a New Sub Account:

  1. Sign in to My Services.
  2. Click Account Management.
  3. Under the Manage Users heading, click Add New User.
  4. Enter the appropriate information into all of the fields.
  5. Choose the Permission Level of the new user. You can change this later.
    • Account Partner: Same permissions as the account owner except for the ability to manage the account owner's profile and access to any phone-related applications.
    • User: Can only manage own user information. When enabled by the Account Partner or Account Owner - My Spectrum app, My Services, WiFi hotspots, and Spectrum WiFi Plus.
  6. Click Add New User. A success message is displayed.
