How do I create and display a signature for the messages I send from email?

To create and display signatures for emails you send from email:

  1. In your Internet browser, enter https://mail.brighthouse.com, and complete the login process. The Inbox page opens.
  2. Click Settings. The Settings page opens.
  3. Under Customize Mailbox Options, click Signature preferences. The Signature page opens.
  4. In the Create or edit your signature text box, enter the signature you want to appear at the bottom of all emails you send.
    • You can use several lines to include your address and phone number, but you are limited to 1,000 characters.
  5. Select the By default, automatically insert my signature at the end of outgoing messages check box.
  6. Click OK.
