How do I check the status of my modem or converter online?
You need to have a My Services account to check the status of your modem or converter online. If you do not have one, see How do I register for a Bright House Networks My Services online account?
To check the status of your modem or converter online:
- Sign in to your My Services account.
- Under Account & Billing, click Check Service Status. The Check Service Status page opens, displaying your equipment and its connection status.
- If you have more than one DVR, for example, and cannot tell which one is which, see When managing my equipment online, how do I distinguish one modem or converter from another?
- If you want to find out what the statuses mean, click . The Connection Status Description dialog box opens.
