How do I check the status of my modem or converter online?

You need to have a My Services account to check the status of your modem or converter online. If you do not have one, see How do I register for a Bright House Networks My Services online account?

To check the status of your modem or converter online:

  1. Sign in to your My Services account.
  2. Under Account & Billing, click Check Service Status. The Check Service Status page opens, displaying your equipment and its connection status.

  3. If you want to find out what the statuses mean, click . The Connection Status Description dialog box opens.

    If there is a service disruption in your area, some services might be working while others are not. Following is an example of a service disruption message.
