One or more channels that I should be receiving are not coming in. What can I do to resolve the problem?

To refresh your equipment:

  1. Go to My Services.
  2. Enter your Username and Password.
  3. Click Sign In.
  4. Click Manage Equipment. The Manage Your Equipment page opens, displaying a list of equipment associated with your account.
  5. Click Refresh All Equipment. This sends a signal to your equipment that adds any missing services to your Spectrum Receiver.
  6. Wait a few minutes, and then check your Spectrum Receiver again for the missing channel.

Did You Know?

You can also refresh your equipment using the My Spectrum app. Just go to the Equipment screen. You can select Refresh All to update all your equipment or select a particular device and then select Refresh Status.
