How do I change or cancel my payment method for Auto Pay?

To change your Auto Pay payment method online:

  1. At the top of the page, click Pay Bill. The My Services Sign In page opens.
  2. Enter your My Services Username.
  3. Enter your My Services Password.
  4. Select Sign In.
  5. In the Account Overview section, turn off Auto Pay. A pop-up opens.
  6. Select Disable, and then select Close.
  7. Restart Auto Pay.
  8. Select another payment method from the drop-down list, and click Next, or select Add new payment method.
    • If you select Add new payment method, you will be prompted to add account information for the method you select.
  9. Read the terms and conditions, select the I have read and accept the Auto Pay Terms & Conditions check box, and select Agree.
  10. Select Close.

You can also change your Auto Pay payment method using the My Spectrum app.

To change your Auto Pay payment method using the My Spectrum app:

  1. Open the My Spectrum app, and sign in to My Services if necessary.
  2. Select Billing, and then select Manage Auto Pay.
  3. Select the Auto Pay button to disable the feature.
  4. Select Cancel Auto Pay. If Auto Pay is not marked disabled, close and reopen the app and select Enroll in Auto Pay.
  5. Select the Auto Pay button. Existing payment methods are listed.
  6. Select an existing payment method, or select Use a Different Payment Method.
  7. If you opt for a new payment method, Credit/Debit Card is selected by default. If you wish to make EFT payments, select Checking/Savings.
  8. Enter the requested information, and follow the prompts.

Canceling Auto Pay

You can cancel Auto Pay by:

  • Using My Services online bill payment.
  • Using the My Spectrum app.
  • Contacting Us by phone. If you need to cancel Auto Pay quickly, this is the method you should use to ensure that the change is made before your next payment is due.

To cancel Auto Pay via My Services:

  1. At the top of this page, click the My Services tab.
  2. Enter your My Services Username.
  3. Enter your My Services Password.
  4. Click Sign In.
  5. Click Pay My Bill. In the Account Overview section, Auto Pay is enabled.
  6. Click the Auto Pay button.
  7. Click Disable.

You can also change or cancel Auto Pay using the My Spectrum app.

To cancel Auto Pay via the My Spectrum app:

  1. Open the My Spectrum app, and sign in to My Services if necessary.
  2. Select Billing.
  3. Select Manage Auto Pay.
  4. Select the Auto Pay button.
  5. Select Remove & Disble. A confirmation message is displayed.
  6. Select Okay.
