How do I cancel or reschedule a home visit?

You can Contact Us to cancel any type of home visit.

If your visit is for one of the following reasons, you can cancel your appointment through the My Spectrum app:

  • Service repair.
  • Disconnecting services.
  • Dropping or downgrading a service.

To cancel a home visit via the My Spectrum app:

  1. On the My Spectrum app Dashboard, tap the scheduled appointment reminder.

  2. Review the appointment details, and select Cancel Appointment.
  3. Confirm the cancellation.

To reschedule your home visit:

You can reschedule when you call to cancel your home visit, or you can call back later. You can also visit the Contact Us page to send an email to the Spectrum Support team.
