Managing Service Apointments Online

If your appointment is for one of the following reasons, you can cancel it through the My Spectrum app:

  • Service repair.
  • Disconnecting services.
  • Dropping or downgrading a service.

You can Contact Us to cancel or reschedule any type of appointment. You can also view scheduled appointments online with your Spectrum online account, but you can make changes only with the My Spectrum app.

To cancel an appointment using the My Spectrum app:

  1. Open the My Spectrum app, and sign in if necessary. If you have a scheduled appointment, it's displayed on the Dashboard.
  2. Select the scheduled appointment reminder.
  3. Review the appointment details, and select Cancel Appointment.
  4. Confirm the cancellation.
