If my TV has a CableCARD slot or if I have already purchased a TiVo or Moxi DVR, do I still need a converter?

No. Instead of leasing a converter from Bright House Networks, you can lease a CableCARD and use it with your personal devices in one of the following setups:

• A CableCARD inserted directly into your TV.
• A CableCARD inserted into a converter or DVR that you purchased at a store, such as a TiVo or Moxi DVR.
• A CableCARD inserted into a multituner PC device such as the Ceton InfiniTV 4.

There will be some limitations to the programming and services you can receive if you choose one of these setups. Some newer unidirectional cable ready product (UDCP) devices, such as Moxi boxes, and some versions of TiVo HD equipment, can be used with a Bright House Networks-provided tuning adapter that will allow the UDCP devices to receive switched digital video (SDV) channels.
