I downloaded the Bright House TV app, but I'm unable to watch TV.
Are you a Bright House Networks digital TV subscriber?
To use the BHTV app, you must subscribe to Bright House Networks TV service.
Do you have Bright House Networks High Speed Internet service?
If not, a technician needs to install a modem just for the BHTV service. Contact Us to set up an appointment.
Do you have a free My Services account?
You must sign in to BHTV with a My Services user name and password. For more information, see How do I register for a Bright House Networks My Services online account?
Is your iPad running iOS6 or higher?
If you are not sure, see How can I tell which version of the operating system is installed on my iPad? If you need to upgrade your system, you can do so for free through iTunes.
Is your Android running verson 4.04 or higher?
If you are not sure, contact the manufacturer of your device.
Are you connected to your wireless network?
You must be connected to the wireless network in the home where you are subscribed to Bright House Networks TV service to view live TV. If you need help connecting, see How do I connect my iPhone or iPad to a wireless network?
If you are still unable to view BHTV, uninstall and reinstall the application. If that doesn't help, Contact Us for assistance.
