The audio has an echo.

If your audio has an echo or seems out of sync with the video:

  1. Check a different channel. If it is limited to one channel, it is likely a temporary problem with the broadcaster.
  2. If the issue remains for an extended time or if it exists on multiple channels, reboot your Spectrum Receiver by removing the power cord for 5 to 10 seconds and then plugging it back in.
  3. When the time returns to the front display on the Spectrum Receiver, turn it on.
  4. If this does not resolve the issue, Contact Us for additional assistance.
