To be eligible for this service, you need:
- An iPad with iOS 4.2.1 or higher.
- A subscription to Bright House Networks Digital TV.
- A My Services account.

Internet service and a wireless network.
- If you have Internet service from a provider other than Bright House Networks, Contact Us. A technician will install an additional modem specifically for use with the BHTV app.
Your iPad must be connected to your wireless network where you have Bright House Networks services for you to use the Bright House TV app.
To access Bright House Networks live HD programming on your iPad:
- Open the App Store and search for Bright House TV.
- Install Bright House TV on your iPad as you would any app.
- On your Home screen, select
. The Welcome screen opens.
- Enter your My Services Username and Password.
- Select Sign in. A Parental Controls message alerts you that parental controls are not currently offered for the iPad.
- Select OK. A list of channels is displayed on the left.
- Scroll to select the channel you want to watch.
- Tap the screen (other than on the channel list) to view the program on your full screen.
