How do I access the My BHN app?

To install My BHN on your Apple devices

  1. Select the App store icon on your device's home screen.
  2. Sign in to the iTunes store by entering your Apple ID username and password, and select OK.
  3. Search for My BHN.
  4. Select Get, and then select Install. A prompt to enter an iTunes password opens.
  5. You might need to enter the Apple ID password again and select OK. The app is loaded on the device.
  6. Select the My BHN icon to launch. A splash page opens.
  7. Accept the End-User License Agreement and Notice. The My Services Log In screen opens.
    • Agreeing to the terms and conditions alone does not allow you to access the application, but if you do not agree, you cannot use the app.
  8. Enter your My Services Username and Password, and select Sign In.
    • When you sign in successfully, the Dashboard screen opens with information about the status of your account.
      • Select the Account icon at the bottom of the screen to update your My Services account information.
      • Select the Billing icon at the bottom of the screen to view your statements, payment history, or to sign up for recurring or paperless billing.
    • If you do not already have a My Services account, you can register using the app by selecting My Services Registration and following the prompts.
      • If you are a new customer, it takes 24 to 48 hours for a My Services account to become active.
    • If you forget your My Services username or password, you can use the app to help retrieve the information you need to sign in. Select Forgot Username or Password, and follow the prompts.
    • If you are not a customer but download the application and are interested in our services, you can contact a residential agent by selecting Not a Spectrum customer? Clicking on the link places the number in the dialer.

To install My BHN on your Android devices

  1. Select the Google Play Store icon on the main screen to open Google Play.
  2. Search for My BHN. It should populate in the APPS category of the search.
  3. Select the app. A screen with the description of My BHN opens.
  4. Select Install.
  5. If another screen opens, displaying permissions information, tap Accept and Download. Once the app is downloaded, it prompts you to open it or uninstall it.
  6. Select Open to launch. A splash page opens.
  7. Accept the End-User License Agreement and Notice. The My Services Log In screen opens.

To log out of My BHN

  1. Select
    • Apple Devices: The Account icon at the bottom of the screen.
    • Android Devices: The Account tab and click the ellipsis next to your name.
  2. Select Logout.
